Erzia Technologies and sister company Santander Teleport have provided a rescue vessel with Maritime VSAT communications in a record time of less than 3 weeks from the first call to the sales team, including site survey, installation of a new VSAT antenna installed on board and commissioning of the end to end service. The commercial and technical teams worked very closely with the customer, end clients, vessel and shipyard personnel to ensure that communications would be ready in time.
The vessel is providing direct rescue operations for the humanitarian crisis in the Mediterranean sea affecting thousands of inmigrants every year. Our 24/7 operations centre in Santander will make sure that the service runs flawlessly.
